RBA’s staff of professionals is led by Richard Brown, AIA, NCARB, the firm’s lead design architect, and Troy Downing, AIA, LEED AP, Associate Principal and production manager of the firm. Key members of the RBA staff include senior project architects Bill Silk, and Harland Gilmore, who combine for over 80 years of architectural experience. In addition to the firm’s vast experience in design and production, RBA combines complementary young talent to work in concert with seasoned designers and technicians. The firm's Director of Construction Administration is Craig Feldman, a Senior Staff Architect with extensive field and quality control experience.

The firm’s Interior Design Division is led by Malia Tate, NCIDQ. Her experience includes finish design/selection, lighting design, furnishings design and specification, sustainable design, space planning, and graphic design. Interior designers combine with architectural staff to provide a seamless collaboration in project execution.

The RBA Information Technology and graphics department is anchored by Robert Ederer, a graduate architect, with expertise in state of the art graphics and computer technology. RBA is adept in computer modeling and animation as well as building information modeling (BIM). Technology serves as a valuable tool, both for design and production, as well as an important communication tool between architect and client/user.
