Artesian Hotel

This project is a 91 room, $51 million, boutique hotel, which is adjacent to the Chickasaw National Recreation Area in Sulphur, Oklahoma, and the new Chickasaw Indian Cultural Center. The downtown project includes a destination Spa, and “Main Street” retail shops designed to revitalize the center of the city. The Hotel is modeled after the original Artesian Hotel, built on the site before statehood, that burned in the early 1960’s. It will include a restaurant and bar area, conference facilities and ballroom, and concept suites echoing the rich heritage of Sulphur and the “healing springs” in the area, along with famous visitors to the original hotel. The project includes a free-standing two-story parking garage.
