The cottages at Hotel ZaZa are located adjacent to the ZaZa Hotel in Dallas, in the State-Thomas Historical District. The two cottages, designed to meet the strict criteria of The Dallas Landmark Commission, house 12 new hotel rooms and suites, separate parking, and a private courtyard. Each suite is designated with a different floor plan and unique interior concept. The cottages will share all Hotel ZaZa amenities.
