Hotel Zaza, a 150 room boutique hotel, has become an institution in Dallas, and since opening has consistently achieved the highest occupancy numbers in the City. The project has a unique mix of guest rooms and concept suites and features the critically acclaimed Dragonfly Restaurant and Urban Oasis Bar, a small ballroom, and a pool/courtyard. The project was designed on 4 floors with 2 levels of structured parking. Adjacent the hotel and connected at the second level are the Metropolitan Club condominiums-5 stories, 39 units, built over 2 levels of parking. The condos and hotel share a fitness facility, and ZaSpa, recognized as one of the premier day spas in the Dallas area.

The project has been featured in several design publications, including 4 Gold Key awards from Hospitality Design Magazine.
